Baby Bootcamp

Our mom and baby bootcamp class is for new moms and their babies (or toddlers).  This program is designed to help you get back into fitness in a safe and FUN environment.  Bring a blanket/ car seat/ stroller for your baby, and a water bottle/ running shoes for yourself ;)  
Each workout will be designed around your abilities and will incorporate strength, endurance, mobility and stability.  Workouts will vary in intensity so everyone will be challenged!
