E Squared Fitness Online is:
a month to month program that guides you through your fitness journey, with help from me, your expert coach.
I don’t follow fads or believe in the 'next best exercise tool'.  My program is based on tried and tested exercises that have been around for years. I promise the results you see will be earned when you put in the effort.
After running a fitness bootcamp for 5 years, starting in Victoria, BC., moving to Campbellford, Ont., and now off to Nova Scotia to spend the rest of my life, it was paramount to keep my services available to everyone I have crossed paths with!  E Squared Online is my way of staying connected with clients all over Canada, and to continue to provide my services to those who trust and love my style of training ;)

How often do you accept new clients?
I only open our doors and accept new clients six times per year for our Transformation Challenges.  Once you complete a challenge, you can continue to train in our month to month at home, online program...(if you'd like!)
Our next Challenge starts December 19th!  APPLY NOW, and see if you're a good fit for the Program.  Next chance to join after that will be January!!   
Why do i have to start with a Challenge group?

I have designed my challenges to be just that, a challenge, something that will get you off on the right foot.  There is more to it than just working out. You need to break bad habits, create new ones, eat good food, etc etc.  By having you join in on a challenge I can help you push yourself for 3-4 weeks and create good habits that will stick with you for a very long time.  

Once you have completed your first challenge, you are welcome to join our month to month workout program and  participate in future challenges if you like! 

Who is E Squared Fitness Online for?

For women who want to get in the best shape of their lives ... for the rest of their lives.

 

Typically our clients have young families, lack motivation, and know they need to make a change for themselves and their future.  Our program is also for people with busy schedules who want personal accountability, a structured workout program to follow, and a coach to help keep them consistent and on-track. 

The main focus of the program is to strategically help you improve your exercise and daily habits, all within the context of your day-to-day life. I don’t give you a crazy diet or insane exercise program to follow; instead, I help you build the habits you need to get results that last forever. Nothing too wild here.   

Who is E Squared Fitness Online NOT for?

Our program is not for someone who doesn't like a challenge.  If you are not ready to make a change in your fitness journey, please do not apply for the program.  There is no point in wasting your hard earned cash if you don't do the workouts. 

If you are a beginner to fitness and have never learnt how to preform exercises correctly, please go to your local gym, or hire a personal trainer before you apply for the program.  I am not there to watch you and correct your form during your workouts.... if done improperly you will do more harm to your body than good. (you can always check your form with me in the app - upload your video to compare yourself, and I can give you pointers ... but not in the "I have never squatted before" way ;)) 

How do I sign up?

Simple, fill out our application form and we will get back to you in 24 hours.  This allows me to only accept payment from those who are fully committed and suitable the for program. It also allows me to weed out those people who are new to fitness, and prevent injuries before they happen.  You can find the application form here. 

Will I need to join a gym?

NO!  But, you will need to invest in some equipment to outfit your own home gym.  I have a list of recommendations here.  I have sourced the best 'cheapest' version of all the equipemnt I have outfitted my bootcamps with! 

 

Cost: approx. 150$ to outfit yourself a gym! 

Will I actually look like those people in your Transformation Photos?

If you follow the recommendations and stick with it, then yes, you will get results. But you have to commit to making small strategic changes in your life. That’s something no one ever likes to admit about getting in better shape: it takes hard work, time, and determination.

Want to lose weight? Eat better? Feel less stressed? Get more sleep? 

Once you make the commitment to get in better shape, we’ll be with you every step of the way. But, you have to remember a slow and steady motto works best! Those women in the photos trained with me for months, it's not a blink and you have a 6pack type of program.

Do you actually guarantee results?

You bet I do!  I believe 100% in my program.  All workouts have been tested by yours truly, and I must say they kicked my butt and got me pretty darn good results ;) 

Stick with the recommendations (do what I tell you), put in the effort (you actually have to workout and challenge yourself), and you will see changes in strength, energy levels, mood, and yes, you will eventually drop the pounds   

If you are not satisfied at the end of it all, you are more than welcome to a full refund. 

I just want your workouts...

AWESOME!  You can have them if you apply to the program.  You are a self motivated, needs no accountability, perfect person.  But, I still ask that you check in and stay in contact with me throughout the process. 

Is it required to take photos of myself (progress photos or workout photos?)

We do not require you to!!  It is a great way to see with your own two eyes the transformation that is unfolding.  AND, I know friends, family and other E Squared peeps love the extra motivation when someone shares their progress with the group.  

I don't want big muscles... what do I do?

Well, unless you are training like a body builder (which you won't be), are lifting really heavy weights (we're talking 100+lbs) don't sweat it, you'll become a long lean mighty machine. 

How much is this going to cost me?

Our Challenges and Programs have a very small cost, compared to a personal trainer or gym membership.  

Prices vary depending on commit level, but average around 50$ +HST/ month.  You can see all of our pricing options here. 

Do I need to buy protein powder?

I can't recommend something to you that I have never personally used.  All I can say is eat real food and if you want to take a protein powder - all the power to ya!

Is my life about to end once I start this ..?

HA!!!  I would be lying if I said I'm a perfect human who only eats salads and exercises every day.... The truth is: I love hamburgers and pizza, ice cream and chocolate.  But, I do however eat a very nutrient dense diet on top of all that.  Live a little ;)  

Yes, you can go out for dinner, eat a bag of chips, have a beer, live a normal life and still be in great shape ... just don't let it consume your life and ever expect a change in your body image. Need some help with this?  I'm pretty darn good at it so give me a shout ;)

As for the fitness side of things.  What's 30 minutes of your day, 3-5 times per week?  Still don't think you have the time... make it a priority.  Put your health before your Facebook creep, or Netflix binge.  OOooooh snap!
